Educational Assistance Grant

The surviving spouse / partner and children of deceased insured clergy are eligible for Educational Assistance Grants of up to $5,000 per year payable to the educational institution upon presentation of an invoice. These need based grants may continue through the completion of the professional level of education. To apply for these grants, complete the form below and submit it to us.
